We kept meeting the same person
A business owner who is genuinely good at what they do, whose website is three years out of date, whose social media is a source of low-level guilt, and who has been told by two different people that they need two different things.
We were those two different people. Kerry would sort a website and notice the social was doing nothing. Ange would sort the social and notice the website was letting it down. Both of us kept sending clients to each other, so eventually we stopped sending and started working together.

We look before we prescribe
Nobody gets sold a website before we have found out whether a website is the problem. Sometimes it is not.
We explain things in plain English
If you leave a conversation with us feeling stupid, we have done our job badly. No jargon, no acronyms, and no talking about algorithms as though they are weather.
We tell you what it costs, up front
Every price is on the website. You will never have to ask what something costs and wait three days to find out.
We do not tie anyone in
Everything has a defined scope and a finish line, apart from Ongoing Care, which has no lock-in and can be stopped whenever you like.
Meet the team
Kerry Kidd
Co-founder. Websites, systems and the technical side
Kerry builds and fixes websites for small businesses, and spends a fair amount of time untangling the pile of tools that were supposed to make everything easier and somehow did the opposite. She also runs coding workshops for children across Perthshire, which turns out to be very good training for explaining technical things without jargon. If you have ever lost the login to your own website, she has seen worse.
Ange Baker
Co-founder. Branding, social media and messaging
Ange is a certified social media consultant with more than ten years of helping small businesses make social feel manageable instead of overwhelming. She works with owners who want it taken off their hands, and with those who would rather learn to do it themselves properly. Her view is that branding should feel like a cuppa and a chat rather than a corporate boardroom, which is more or less the idea this whole practice is built on.
There are two of us, plus Bob. Which means nothing sits waiting while one person is out on a job.
