This page covers using this website. If you become a client, the work itself is covered by a separate agreement we will give you before anything starts.

What the Site is, and is Not

Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It is not advice about your specific business, and reading it does not create any professional relationship between us.

The free appointment is a conversation, not a diagnosis. We will tell you what we would look at first. We will not have examined your website, your social media or your search visibility in any depth in fifteen minutes, and we will say so on the call.

Prices on This Site

We publish prices because we think hiding them is unhelpful. Please read them as follows:

• Prices marked fixed are the price, for the scope described
• Prices marked from are a starting point. The final figure depends on what the work actually involves, and we will confirm it in writing before anything begins
• We may change our prices. The prices in a written quote we have given you are the ones that apply to you
• Prices are in pounds sterling and do not include VAT, because we are not VAT registered. The price you see is the price you pay

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A contract exists between us only once we have both agreed the work in writing.

Our Content

The words, images, layout and code on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print or share pages for your own use. Please do not copy our copy onto your own site or a client's, or pass our material off as your own.

Logos and names of other businesses on this site belong to them.

Links To Other Websites

We link to Dream Digital, to Ange Baker Social Media Consultant, and occasionally to other useful things. We are not responsible for the content of any website we link to, apart from our own.

Keeping The Site Running

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that everything will always be up to date. We may change or remove pages without notice.

If Something Goes Wrong

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, or from relying on general information published on it, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
